In the past, he has launched category-defining Analytics and ML products at VMware (Customer Analytics Platform), EMC (Self-Tuning Storage Management for VMAX) and Synopsys (IC Validator), scaling them from zero to $200MM+ by building and scaling high-performance teams.

Bhaskar Sambasivan

Bhaskar Sambasivan has been working in the intersection of Healthcare and Technology for more than 25 years and has served many clients in leadership and advisory roles to help transform their businesses through a ‘Digital first’ approach across the value chain. Most recently he was the CEO of CitiusTech, a Healthcare focused Technology services and solutions company. Prior to that, he was the Chief Strategy Officer and President of Patient Services at EVERSANA, a leading Life Sciences services company focused on end-to-end pharmaceutical product commercialization solutions. Prior to EVERSANA, Bhaskar was the head of the 1.5 Bn Global Life Sciences business at Cognizant, a Fortune 500 company. He has a passion for building best in class teams and has developed many strong leaders who are currently in many senior roles across the industry.
Bhaskar has been recognized by Pharma Voice group as one of the most 100 influential and inspirational leaders in Life Sciences industry both in 2017 and 2018. Bhaskar is on the advisory board for TiE NJ, an association that helps entrepreneurs succeed and scale. Bhaskar is also an active sponsor of many outreach programs, which helps provide education and facilities to children and students around the world. He is also an author and demonstrates commitment to social outreach, diversity, and academic enrichment.
